What To Do After You Are Registered

Find answers to your questions

Everything you need to know can be found in the camp handbook including what to pack, where to go, when to be there, the camp rules, and much much more.  (We are currently updating the handbook for Summer 2023).

Be sure to visit our camp life page and travel page to help you prepare. If you can’t find your answer, email us or call at 850-644-9934.

Fill out your camp forms

There will be required forms and optional forms available for you to complete in your online registration account after you have registered. Please fill these forms out as soon as possible as they help us plan for your arrival and provide you with a great camp experience.  We do not require any type of physical or immunizations record from your doctor.   Forms can be updated at any time by calling our office.

Prepare for your placement audition

Some of our camps require an audition at check-in to determine ensembles or other class assignments. Click here to find out if this applies to you and what you should prepare if it does.  Choral Ensemble Camp has optional auditions so be sure to read the information on the choral camp website and handbook about those opportunities if they are of interest to you.

Pay your balance

Balance payments are due no later than May 26 (June 12 for Marching Band Leadership Camp).  If you have questions, please contact our office.

Plan your trip

Specific information about each camp’s check-in and check-out times are provided in the camp handbook and on each camp information web page. You will select an arrival time during registration. For the best camp experience, please plan your travel so that you are sure to arrive on time.

If you have a long distance to travel to come to camp, you may wish to consider arriving in Tallahassee the night before check-in and staying at a local hotel so that you can arrive on time without the worry of travel delays.

We have resources available on our travel page to help you plan for your trip to Tallahassee, including a list of local hotels, driving directions, camp maps, parking information, and more.
