What To Do After Your Are Registered
Find answers to your questions
Everything you need to know can be found throughout this website and in the camp handbook including what to pack, where to go, when to be there, the camp rules, and much much more. Handbooks for Summer 2024 will come out by March.
Be sure to visit our camp life pages, and travel page to help you prepare. If you can’t find your answer, email us or call us at 850-644-9934.
Fill out your camp forms
There will be required forms for you to complete in your online account after you have registered. Please fill these forms out as soon as possible, as they help us plan for your arrival and provide you with a great camp experience. We do not require any type of physical or immunization record from your doctor. Forms can be updated at any time by calling our office.
Plan your trip
We have resources available on our travel page to help you plan for your trip to Tallahassee, including driving directions, the camp map, parking information, and information about shuttle service.
If you have a long distance to travel to come to camp, you may wish to consider arriving in Tallahassee the night before check-in and staying at a local hotel so that you can arrive on time without the worry of travel delays.
Prepare for your placement audition
Some of our camps require an audition at check-in to determine ensemble or other class assignments. Click here to find out if this applies to you, and what you should prepare if it does.
Some camps also have optional auditions for honors opportunities. Be sure to read the information on the Choral Ensemble & Treble Choir Camp, Senior High Band Camp and String Orchestra Camp websites if this if of interest to you.
Pay your balance
Balance payments are due no later than May 26. If you have questions, please contact our office. If you need to make changes to your registration, please call our office. Cancellations must be put in writing; please refer to our full cancellation policy for instructions and refund information.
