Kim Shively

Kim Shively has served as Director of Special Programs for the Florida State University College of Music since 2000. She leads the marketing and membership for our community patrons’ organization, the University Musical Associates, and oversees the ticket sales for College of Music events. She plans and coordinates special events and participates in outreach activities focused on community engagement. In addition, she works with visiting guest artists and scholars, assisting with schedules and events to ensure that their time at FSU is positive and productive. With decades of experience and institutional knowledge within the College of Music, she is in a unique position to enhance and elevate the engagement of students, alumni, and the community. A lifelong Seminole, she received the B.S. in Communication from Florida State University.
