Jayme Ice

Jayme Ice leads the developoment team and guides philanthropy on behalf of the college’s students and faculty. Since 2015 she has raised over $24 million for the college, including gifts for scholarships and travel, new instruments, orchestral commissions, and capital improvements. She is dedicated to this incredible music community and enjoys partnering with donors, patrons, alumni, and friends to advance the college’s strategic focus areas through fundraising.

Prior to FSU, Ice spent a decade working in communications and government affairs. As the External Affairs Director for Volunteer Florida, she advocated for state funding to leverage $23 million in federal grants for volunteering and tutoring programs across Florida. She also led the organization through a full rebranding and website redesign in 2013.

Ice is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She earned a master’s degree from Florida State University in Arts Administration and a bachelor’s degree in English from Rollins College.
