For over 40 years the University Musical Associates, also known as the UMA, has served as the patron group for the FSU College of Music performance programs. We invite you to join us in 2026-2027 for an inspiring season of artistry, collaboration, and discovery. From its earliest days to the present, the College has grown into one of the nation’s leading centers for musical excellence, driven by a commitment to creativity, innovation, and community. UMA members support concerts and performances by our talented students and faculty both on the FSU campus, and at prestigious conferences and competitions and other events outside of Tallahassee. We also enhance the College and community by helping bring in guest artists who are world-class performers and scholars.

The UMA Concert Series offers subscribers a variety of concerts and events from the College of Music. This series is designed to welcome new or first-time audience members to the College and enrich the experiences of long-time patrons of the arts.
