Conductor Patrick Dunnigan and the University Wind Ensemble present a mixed genre program with international flair. The concert opens with the thrilling Overture to Colas Breugnon by Russian composer Dmitri Kabalevsky, followed by Flag of Stars, a tribute to America by British master composer Gordon Jacob. Also featured are Keepers of the House by Nashville composer Connie Ellison and San Pelayo by Columbian composer Victoriano Valencia Rincón. Rounding out the program are works by Michael Markowski and FSU alumni James David. Don’t miss this musical tour de force!
