A Passion For Twirling
Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced twirlers will work with Karrissa Wimberley, head coach for the FSU Majorettes, and her world-renowned instruction staff. Instruction at this camp will focus on learning new skills and improving technique and execution. Find new inspiration, learn new material, work hard, and have fun!
A Twirling Camp That's Right For You
This camp is designed for competitive twirlers, field twirlers, and any twirler looking to improve their baton skills. Instruction will include one baton material (big tricks, contact material, rolls, solo skills, dance twirl routines) two baton, three baton, four baton, field twirling, and dance. Get ready for nationals or upcoming field auditions.
Camp will conclude with a final performance.
Private lessons offer the chance for campers to work one-on-one with the instructors and focus on individual needs, technique, and new material. Private lessons are optional and available for an additional fee. Read more about Private Lessons.
Activities are planned for each evening. Movie nights, go bowling, go roller skating, jump at SkyZone, and more!

Be A Part Of The Tradition
Campers must be attending grades 3-12 in the '17-’18 school year. (Rising 3rd graders during the summer of 2018 are not eligible).
Campers in grades 3-5 must attend as day campers. Campers in grades 6-12 can choose to attend as a day camper or overnight camper.
All ability levels are welcome.
- Cost for Overnight Campers: $375.00. This includes tuition, housing, and three meals per day. Campers must be in grades 6-12 to select this option.
- Cost for Day Campers: $275.00.
This includes tuition only. Campers in grades 3-5 must choose this option.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due at registration. The balance of all camp fees is due by May 28, 2018. Click here for the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Campers may wish to bring a small amount of extra money for snacks and optional recreation activities. More information is provided in the camp handbook.
Optional private lessons may be booked at camp check-in and are $50.00 per lesson. Read more about Private Lessons.
Coaches, Parents, Chaperones
We do not offer housing in the dorm for coaches, parents, or chaperones. Campers are chaperoned by our resident staff of camp counselors. Being an overnight camper is an exciting part of the camp experience and you can read more about Camp Life here. Housing is only available to campers in grades 6 and up.
Coaches, parents, and chaperones are welcome to take advantage of our discounted rate at the DoubleTree Hotel or to explore other housing options in Tallahassee.
Dates & Times
Campers check-in on Sunday, June 10 between 11:00am-12:00pm.
Campers check-out after the final performance on Wednesday, June 13. The performance begins at 10:30am; location TBA. This event is anticipated to end at approximately 12:00pm.

All campers must bring their baton(s) with them to camp as well as carrying case, athletic clothes, twirling shoes, tennis shoes, and sweat towels. A full packing list can be found in the camp handbook.
